Problem with your genetics order?

We receive genetics in original breeder packaging to ensure they are not tampered with. If you have an issue we can reach out to the breeder to facilitate a resolution. Email customerservice@lusciousgenetics.com for assistance 

Can I get my order expedited?

Our Standard Shipping rates Use USPS Priority Mail, there will also be faster USPS options available at checkout.

What is your minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order at Luscious Genetics, you can buy the cheapest, most expensive, or everything on our site and we will ship it to you promptly!

Does anything extra come with orders?

Luscious Genetics sends freebies with every order placed! Sometimes they will be specific freebies that are exclusive to certain packs and the other times they will just be the designated freebies to send out with orders at that time. 

Can I buy or get extra freebies?

Freebie packs are not for sale, there is no discussion here. Any order that is placed with a freebie pack added to cart outside of the automatic process that adds freebie items to your cart if the item qualifies will be cancelled as we will not fulfill the order. The order would need to be replaced without adding extra freebies on it in order for the order to go through properly.

Shipping

How will my purchase ship?

All orders placed with Luscious Genetics will be shipped with USPS. Luscious Genetics ships from the United States of America.

Can you ship internationally?

We ship our products worldwide! You can see your shipping quote when you enter shipping information on the cart page!

Customs/VAT Fees:

Generally, buyers pay the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions,
origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.

How do I track my order?

You will be emailed a tracking number with every order. You will be able to use the link within this email to track your order! You can also go to the my account page to view tracking information for your order!

Luscious Genetics warehouse is based in the United States of America.

Payments

How do I go about making payment?

We currently have three direct electronic payment options. Please note all pricing and payments would be in USD currency!

The second option would be WAAVE Payments which is a way you can use your debit or credit card to pay for your order! More information about WAAVE payments can be found in the next section under this one in the FAQ’s.

The first option would be our eCheck payment gateway, eCheck payments use your banks routing and account number. eCheck payments are for USA customers only! All transactions are secured with the end to end encryption. Orders placed via the eCheck payment method route ship 1 week after funds hit our bank account.

Our third option would be crypto payments! We currently accept Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, DAI, Ethereum, Litecoin, and USD Coin.! Using this payment method orders ship next business day.

Zelle Payments: After checking out you will receive instructions on how to make payment for your order via Zelle. Instructions will be sent in your order confirmation email. If selecting the Zelle payment method and the order is not paid within 12 hours with no communication the order will be canceled. Using this payment method orders ship next business day.

You can now pay via Cash App! After checking out you will receive instructions on how to make payment for your order via Cash App. Instructions will be sent in your order confirmation email. If selecting the Cash App payment method and the order is not paid within 12 hours with no communication the order will be canceled. Using this payment method orders ship next business day.

Our next payment method would be Money Orders/Cashiers Check/Cash. You will see this option at checkout and instructions will be sent after the checkout process. Using this payment method orders ship as soon as payment arrives.

We do not have the ability to take payments via PayPal or Venmo at this time.

WAAVE Payments
  • WAAVE allows you to pay with USDs through your debit or credit card, no need to pre-purchase the stable coin or worry about exchange rates.
    • The credit card will be charged in US dollars if your credit card is not from the US your bank might charge you an Fx fee.
    • Your US bank might charge you additional fees for the transaction depending on their schedule for cash advances. In some cases, this can be up to $10. If you want to avoid bank fees altogether you can link your debit card to WAAVE.

    • Billing Information and phone number are required to verify the legitimacy of the transaction.
    • If your billing information is inaccurate the transaction will fail.
    • At the moment we are unable to provide transactions for credit cards located in these US States: New York, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Connecticut, Hawaii, Vermont, Virginia and Texas. We implement new solutions constantly so expect these limitations to be lifted soon.
    • The transaction itself will be marked in your statement under Wyre_WAAVE or any other combination of words that includes the word WAAVE. Because service providers may vary based on availability and location the description on bank statements may vary as well.
    • WAAVE sends a confirmation email to the email address on file for your account so you will always have a way to link the transaction on your bank statement with your activity on WAAVE
    • Your WAAVE account can be used on any website that accepts WAAVE, you can also download the app and log in to your account with the same credentials to make in-venue payments at cash-only merchants.

Can I return my order?

Currently we can not offer returns on genetics due to the nature of the business. Genetics look alike and we can not trust that the genetics were not swapped. We guarantee your novelty genetics will ship in perfect condition.

If your order is returned for any reason for not being deliverable you will not receive any refund as we can not verify the gear has not been tampered with.
